Bankroll Ladder 2025: unit sizing, peak vaulting & session bands

Define your unit once (and stick to it)

Set unit = 0.5–1% of session bankroll. This is your base for spins/hands/rounds. Never change stake mid-block. Raise or trim only between blocks when the Ladder tells you to.

• Green band: calm conditions; base unit.
• Amber band: higher volatility or slow cadence; half unit.
• Red band: erratic pace or rules uncertainty; stop or switch title—no stake changes.

Peak vaulting: keep what you’re ahead

When equity hits a new peak, vault 20–40% to a “do-not-touch” slice (withdraw or segregate). Continue at the same unit. Vaults turn lucky streaks into actual retained bankroll.

• First peak: vault 40% (protect early variance).
• Next peaks: vault 20–30% (let the run breathe, still bank gains).
• After a drawdown: no “unvaulting”. Reset expectations and keep unit flat.

Session bands: simple traffic lights

• Start band (green): objective = +25–35% or −40–50% of session bankroll.
• Shift to amber: drop animation speed or switch title if cadence/event density dips.
• Red exit: unknown terms, WR traps, lag, or rule confusion → close the session.
